The fix for that would be to buy a cheap video card like a low profile Radeon HD 6540 or a Nvidia GT 610.Both cards draw less than 30W under load, both cards have full W10 driver support.Just make sure you get a low profile card that comes with the low profile mounting brackets in the box.I actually installed a used Dell Radeon HD 2400 Pro low profile in mine. I paid less than $10 for it.I have had no graphics adapter problems with that card.But if I didn't already have that card in my junk bin, I would have bought the Radeon HD 6450.The Radeon HD 6450 was the optional graphics card for the HP 8200 Elite SFF, which has the same 240W P/S as the dc7900.I never ran my dc7900 with the onboard Intel graphics, so I can't comment on its problems with W10.All I can tell you is that there is no better Intel graphics driver than the default one W10 installed.
